Status/Under legal review
Privacy policy.
The Scrapeless Data privacy policy is under legal review and is not yet published, and this page will not paste in a template to look finished. The policy publishes here, in full, before the signup flow collects personal information beyond what account creation strictly requires, and the changelog will record the day it goes live. Until then, questions about how this site handles information can be sent to info@scrapelessdata.com and will be answered directly.
Status
When does the policy publish?
Before it matters. The sequencing rule is fixed: the reviewed privacy policy and terms of service publish before the signup flow collects anything beyond minimal account information, and the changelog records the publication date. If you need an answer about information handling before then, write to info@scrapelessdata.com and a named member of the team will answer in writing.
Privacy questions, answered plainly
Why is there no privacy policy text on this page yet?
Because publishing an unreviewed template would be worse than publishing nothing. For a company whose entire product thesis is provenance and permitted use, the privacy policy is a load-bearing document: it has to state exactly what is collected, under which lawful bases, and how state-level rights are honored. Counsel review of that document is in progress, and the reviewed version is the only version worth your reliance, so it is the only version that will appear here.
What does the site collect in the meantime?
The marketing and documentation pages you are reading are served without trackers and require no account. Creating an account collects the minimum needed to hold your place in launch order, and no collected information is sold or shared for advertising. The full, precise statement of collection, retention, and your rights is exactly what the policy under review formalizes, and it publishes on this page before any broader collection begins.
