Terms of service.
The Scrapeless Data terms of service are under legal review and are not yet published, and no template will be pasted here to simulate completeness. The terms publish on this page before anything is sold or any API key is issued, together with the end-user certification wording they depend on, and the changelog will record the day that happens. Until then, contractual questions go to info@scrapelessdata.com and get answered by the people accountable for the answers.

When do the terms publish?
Before anything is sold, without exception. The reviewed terms of service publish on this page together with the end-user certification wording, both gate activation, and the changelog records the publication date. Until that day the honest statement is the short one: there are no terms because there is no service, and this company does not publish placeholder legal text.

Why are the terms not published yet?
Because the terms and the end-user certification are one legal system, and half of it is still under counsel review. The certification wording is load-bearing: it is what keeps every account inside the permitted-use conditions of the supply contracts, so publishing terms that reference an unfinished certification would be decorative rather than binding. Nothing is sold today and no key is issued today, which means no one is currently asked to agree to terms that do not exist.
What am I agreeing to if I create an account today?
As little as possible, by design. An account today holds your place in launch order and nothing more: it grants no data access, requires no certification, and binds you to no service terms, because there is no service to bind against. Before activation you will be asked to review the published terms and complete the certification step explicitly; nothing agreed today rolls forward silently into that. The sequencing is the protection, and it is deliberate.
